Return policy

The return of products is governed by Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with traders, as amended and supplemented.

Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for under Article 13(3) and Article 14 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer takes physical possession of the product. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, Article 14(3): "The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods."

Products may be returned only if they are in perfect condition, packed in suitable transport packaging, and include all accessories and consumables supplied with the product. Returned products must show no signs of wear, use, or consumption. For products returned in a condition different from that in which they were delivered, deductions of up to 50% of the invoiced value may be applied.

The withdrawal from the contract must be submitted in writing within the applicable withdrawal period by email to info@concept2erg.ro, including the customer's details and the reason for the return.

The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the consumer. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received and inspected, by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers (natural persons). Orders placed by legal entities (companies) are subject to a separate return policy, under which products may be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the goods.
